We are so pleased the largest holographic display ever recorded is Hologauze! Run Back the Miracle at the Herb Brooks Arena, New York, utilized a massive 200ft by 20ft Hologauze® with 10 4K laser projectors to recreate 3D holographic highlights of the 1980 US Olympic victory over the Soviet Union.
The enormous Hologauze® screen, fabricated by Gerriets International, was expertly finished with webbing and eyelets every 20 cm on the top, small lined pockets with cables on the sides and a 2″ pocket at the bottom. There was a minimal amount of hourglassing at the sides, but considering how wide this Hologauze® was, it was not significant.
The ‘Run Back the Miracle’ event not only celebrated a historic moment in sports but also a significant moment for Holotronica with our biggest Hologauze® to date. The collaboration between Gerriets International, Holotronica and Pix Productions demonstrated the enormous potential of holographic effects in sports entertainment.
